Previously in 2017, “Yayoi Kusama: Life is the Heart of a Rainbow” exhibition had significantly gained so much attention from people! They visited National Gallery Singapore to witness and see her colourful art exhibition and of course the polka dots.
Once again, Singapore is presenting us Yayoi Kusama’s artworks. All these recent artworks in the exhibition are shown for the very first time in Southeast Asia. Super Excited! The exhibition has been going on from 16 January and will end soon on 6 March 2021. Hurry and come to see them in person at Ota Fine Arts Singapore.
Yet this time, it will be slightly different as you will no longer spot any colourful polka dots!

This year’s “Yayoi Kusama: Recent Paintings” exhibition features 15 monochrome paintings from the artist’s My Eternal Soul series made in 2019-2020, and a stainless steel sculpture installation titled CLOUDS (2019).
Yayoi Kusama continues to expand her creative vocabulary through this monochrome-themed exhibition! Immerse yourself in her artworks which are infused with reflections on love, death, humanity and her relationship with the universe and beyond!
