Booster shots, quarantine-free travel to 9 more countries, No entry to malls and no dine-in at hawker centres for the unvaccinated.
1. Booster shots for healthcare and front-line workers as well as those aged 30 and above.
As of Oct 9, booster vaccinations will be offered to healthcare and front-line workers who have been fully vaccinated around 6 months ago.
MOH will also offer the booster vaccinations to more groups, including those aged 30 and above who have been fully vaccinated around 6 months ago. An SMS with a personalised booking link will be sent to their registered mobile number to book an appointment on www.vaccine.gov.sg . They may receive their booster dose at any vaccination centre or participating Public Health Preparedness Clinic (PHPC).

2. From Oct 10, the Home Recovery Program (HRP) will be the default care arrangement for everyone.
Exceptions are:
Vaccinated individuals aged 80 and older
Partially or Unvaccinated persons aged 50 years and above
Children aged below 1-year-old
Children aged between 1 to 4 years old who have been assessed to be clinically unsuitable for HRP
Home Recovery Program (HRP):
Isolation period is 10 days for those who have been vaccinated and;
For children aged 12 years and below.
For non-vaccinated person who is 12 years old and above
The isolation period will be 14 days.
3. From Oct 11, Covid-19 testing and healthcare protocols will be made simpler!

4. Unvaccinated individuals (From Oct 13)
No dining in at hawker centres
No entry to shopping malls
No entry to large standalone store
May enter large standalone supermarket (this is an exception)
Can only buy takeaways
5. Fully vaccinated individuals (Maximum of 2 person group)
Can dine in at hawker centres, coffee shops and other eateries
Can enter shopping malls, supermarket and attractions
6. You can be included in the group of 2 above if you are:
Children aged 12 and below
Those who have recovered from Covid-19
Unvaccinated people with a valid negative PET result
7. Quarantine-free travel to be extended to 9 more countries.
From Oct 19,
Fully vaccinated individuals will be able to fly to these 8 countries:
Canada
Denmark
France
Italy
Netherlands
Spain
UK
US
From Nov 15,
Fully vaccinated individuals will be able to travel to South Korea as well.
They can return to Singapore without quarantine under the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) scheme.
Additionally, there are now 11 countries under the Vaccinated Travel Lane (VTL) arrangement, including Brunei and Germany, which are already ongoing.
8. Travelling to Singapore made easy
Visitors entering Singapore will only need:
To perform two PCR tests (pre-departure and on-arrival PCR tests) instead of the previous protocol of having four PCR tests.
Travellers do not need to take the Covid-19 PCR swab test on Day 3 and 7 of their arrival in Singapore.
