Replace your old and not-working token with these two newly deployed TraceTogether Token Vending Machines at Nex (Serangoon) and Sun Plaza (Sembawang).

As of 26 July 2021, two TraceTogether Token vending machines have been dispatched to be stationed at Nex (Serangoon) and Sun Plaza (Sembawang). The machines have started operating 24 hours daily since then and there will be Smart Nation Ambassadors to lend you a helping hand when you require assistance.
Please bring along your personal ID with barcode or Singpass Digital IC for verification when you wish to replace your old and not-working token. As for adults, your ID with barcode can be your NRIC/FIN card. As for children, it can be their student pass/birth certificate.
Please take note:
Don’t forget to bring your old token for replacement!
Your old token must have been collected or replaced more than 4 months ago in order for you to replace it at the new TraceTogether Token Vending Machines
If your not-working token is less than 4 months old, replace it at the Community Centre/Club or Replacement Booth at selected malls instead!
Visit token.gowhere.gov.sg to see the whole list of CCs and Replacement Booths at selected malls; as well as the availability of stocks for the tokens.
