The initial batch of 11 hawker centres to allow groups of 5 fully vaccinated diners as of 23 Nov:

Ci Yuan Hawker Centre
Geylang Serai Market
Hawker Centre @ Our Tampines Hub
Holland Village Market & Food Centre
Kampung Admiralty Hawker Centre
Market Street Interim Food Centre
Pasir Ris Central Hawker Centre
Sembawang Hills Food Centre
Tiong Bahru Market
The 7 coffee shops that will allow 5 fully vaccinated people to dine in from 23 Nov:
Barfood & Co,
B4RI
Goodyear Restaurant
Makansutra Gluttons
Qi Xiang
Satay By The Bay
The Patio
For hawker centres and coffee shops that have not implemented vaccination checks, the dining rule will still be capped at 2 fully vaccinated people. As for the unvaccinated, they are still not allowed to dine in and can only continue to take away food.
