On 18 August 2021, Stellar Lifestyle, formerly known as SMRT Commercial, announced that it would be partnering with Crown Digital to bring robot baristas at its MRT stations by the end of next year.
Who is ELLA?

ELLA is an AI-enabled, autonomous, contactless and seamless robot barista. It is designed to offer a solution to the human resources and cost problems faced by the F&B industry.

You can have your grab-and-go coffee the moment you arrive at your destination!
Having ELLA positioned at 30 different MRT stations will bring convenience for commuters. They are able to grab a cup of coffee on their way to work. It is also possible to order their beverages ahead of time via Crown Digital app (App Store and Google Play) and collect the drinks immediately upon arrival at their destination MRT station.
