ComfortDelGro is offering a multiservice app not confined to only transporting people from one place to another but also bringing lifestyle services to people wherever they are through the convenience of this “one-stop” app called Zig.

Bringing speed and convenience together, Zig is partnering with Chope and Klook. Currently, there are approximately more than 1500 dining options and 300 entertainment deals offered for users to embark on. More services will be added to the app in the near future as the number of users increases.

Zig app was created in collaboration with a digital agency called R/GA Singapore. The brand, design, and user experience used for the app are very modern and very easy to the eye. R/GA Singapore mentioned that the app is created based on a consumer behaviour-centric approach.
Users no longer need to open and close various apps on their mobile phones in order to make dining reservations, find promotions, discover and purchase tickets to attractions and experiences, book and pay for their taxi rides, and even make a comparison to find out the best route/transport to reach their destinations. With just a single app, users can get all these services!
