From 1st August 2022 onwards, Causeway Link will launch the first 24-hour cross-border bus service between Singapore and Johor Bahru.

Causeway Link is one of the largest public bus companies in Malaysia’s southernmost state. As announced on 18th July, Causeway Link’s existing CW2 bus service will start running 24 hours daily from next week onwards.

Hence, there will be more flexibility in travel timings for travellers to avoid peak hour while crossing between Singapore and Johor Bahru!

Currently, the CW2 bus service starts at 06.30 am at Queen Street Terminal, and the last bus leaves at 11.30 pm. From the Johor Bahru checkpoint, you will be able to catch a bus from 04.00 am to 10.30 pm.

The midnight service timing will start from 11.00 pm to 04.00 am with 45 minutes bus interval and the same bus fare as regular bus service.

Causeway Link mentioned that EZ-Link and NETS cannot be used for payment on the midnight service. However, payment can be made through ManjaLink, Visa card, and cash.
